distributed in a couple of ways: on CDs or by download from Lulu.com.
eBooks cost much less than paper books--usually at a fraction of the
price.
To read downloadable eBooks you will need a current version of the free

Reader. You can view e-books on your computer or you can

the pages you want to read later.
